1. Cancellations

1.1 Can my order be canceled for non-payment?

Any user who places an order whose payment has not been made, received and processed within 3 business days may have their order cancelled. We only proceed with the shipment of the order when the payment is received.

 

1.2 I placed an order but I want to cancel it, what can I do?

If you have placed an order and already paid for it, you can cancel it only and exclusively if you do so before it is dispatched. Once shipped, it will be your responsibility to return it.

If the order has not yet been shipped, you should contact us as soon as possible through the available communication channels: email or online chat.

 

2. Exchanges and returns

2.1 How can I return a product?

To make a return, you must contact us through one of the communication channels available on our website or via email geral@cbdream.pt . You must indicate the products you want to return and the reason for the return.

Then, you must pack all the products you want to return together with a copy of the order invoice. The package must then be returned to the address indicated by email.

2.2 Are all products eligible for returns?

Yes, all products currently available on the cbdream.pt website can be returned as long as they meet the conditions referred to in point 2.3.

 

2.3 Are there any restrictions involved in returning the product?

Any product purchased on the cbdream.pt website can be exchanged or returned within the legal period of 14 days, provided that the following return conditions are met cumulatively:

- The packaging of the product must be immaculate, not having, therefore, been opened or have any type of damage or signs of use.

- The purchase invoice or order identification number must accompany the returned products.

 

2.4 What are the costs involved in the return?

All shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.

If you paid postage when purchasing a product, please note that these will not be returned, as this is a non-refundable service.

 

2.5 What is the deadline for reimbursement and means of payment?

After we receive your product, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 working days, with the refund being made by the same method through which the payment was made.

We suggest that you keep the proof of shipment of the return of the product in case there is a problem with your carrier.

 

2.6 What to do if you receive damaged packaging or items?

If the packaging of your order is found to be damaged, you must check its contents upon delivery and immediately file a claim with the carrier.

If the packaging is in good condition but the items are still damaged, you should contact us through the communication channels on our website or through the email geral@cbdream.pt .

3. Shipping

3.1 Can I place an order for any country?

Although we aim to expand to the rest of Europe, we currently only allow shipments to Portugal and Spain, including mainland Portugal and the Azores and Madeira archipelagos as well as mainland Spain.

 

3.2 What are the delivery times for orders?

For mainland Portugal, orders take about 1 business day and for the Azores and Madeira they take about 2 business days. This applies to all orders placed before 4pm.

3.3 What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a collection document will be left in your mailbox so that you can pick up the order at the indicated CTT post.

 

3.4 Will I pay shipping costs when I place an order? If yes, what is the cost of shipping costs?

In Portugal, shipping costs are free for orders over €40. For other orders, the postage cost is €2.90.

In Spain, shipping costs are free for orders over €50. For the remaining orders, the shipping cost is €4.90.

 

3.5 Which carriers are responsible for shipping my order?

All orders are sent by CTT - Correios de Portugal.

 

3.6 Does CBDream ship its products anonymously?

All our orders are shipped in completely anonymous outer packaging. It does not contain any identification of the brand or its content, until the moment of its opening.

 

 

 

4. About CBD

4.1 What is CBD?

CBD, or cannabidiol, is the second most active ingredient in cannabis. It is an essential component in medical cannabis and is derived from the cannabis plant.

 

4.2 What is the difference between CBD and THC?

CBD and THC affect different brain receptors. Because of this, CBD has no psychoactive effects and is therefore legal.

THC, on the other hand, has psychoactive effects. It is a compound that produces the effect that people normally associate with illegal cannabis.

 

4.3 Can CBD cause addiction?

To date, there is no evidence of public health or addiction related issues associated with CBD use.

Furthermore, in November 2017, the WHO Expert Committee on Drug Dependence (ECDD) reached the decision that CBD is “not addictive”. In both animal and human studies, physical dependence on CBD has not been identified. For example, when studying the CBD component in rats, no tolerance or withdrawal effects were found. Likewise, no physiological or psychotic toxic effects were identified.

 

4.4 What is the CBD legislation in Portugal and Europe?

CBD is legal in Portugal and throughout Europe as long as the THC ( tetrahydrocannabinol) in the product is less than 0.2%. You can check the percentages of THC and CBD in all our products through the laboratory certificates found at the end of the description of each product page.

 

 

5. CBD oils

5.1 What is a Full Spectrum Oil?

Full spectrum means that all 113 cannabinoids in the plant are fully extracted from the plant during the extraction process, and that the entire plant is used in the extraction.

Full-spectrum oils are the most famous in the range of CBD-derived products as the medicinal effects of cannabis are enhanced when the entire plant is used, as opposed to just isolated CBD or THC.

 

5.2 What is an MCT oil?

MCT is short for "medium-chain triglycerides" and is often used as a health supplement. It is a natural oil, typically derived from coconut oil or palm oil and is the perfect blend of CBD oils.

Since the human body has some difficulty absorbing the nutrients from isolated CBD, there needs to be a driver that facilitates the absorption of oil into the bloodstream, which in this case is MCT.
Basically, MCT oil, which is a natural oil, facilitates the digestion of CBD oil and its integration into the bloodstream.

 

5.3 What is the recommended dosage?

According to the regulations of some countries, such as Canada, it is advisable to use small amounts until finding the ideal dose recommended for each person, taking into account their physical characteristics and weight, however, any user who is having difficulty in finding the recommended daily dose should be followed by the following tables:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. CBDream ranking system

6.1 What are CBDream rankings?

You've probably already come across products with a label with the following names: silver, gold and diamond . These rankings are used by CBDream in order to classify the quality of our products.

We can deduce that Diamond is superior to Gold and Gold superior to Silver .

It should be noted that the fact that products are guided by this ranking system does not mean that a lower range product is bad, it simply was not considered as good as the products ranked higher.

 

6.2 How do rankings work?

In our ranking system, Diamond is higher ranking than Gold It is Gold higher than Silver .

 

6.3 How are the products classified?

Our team at CBDream Portugal meticulously selects CBD flowers and evaluates certain components of the species, such as color, visual appearance, smell, humidity, consistency, flavor and price , through a classification system based on heuristic functions and assigns in this way the ranking appropriate to the product.
