The CBDream Portugal service consists of making available and providing a set of products and/or services, in order to allow the user, who is assigned the status of customer, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.
Using CBDream Portugal implies full acceptance and agreement of all parameters present in the Terms and Conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time you access CBDream Portugal .
If you do not accept, in part or in full, any of the stipulated conditions, you should not make purchases at CBDream Portugal . If you access CBDream Portugal , you are committing and taking responsibility for respecting the conditions set out in this page and in the Privacy Policy.
CBDream Portugal reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is advisable to periodically check the Terms and Conditions for any changes or updates.
CBDream Portugal informs customers about the characteristics, descriptions, images or videos of each product and/or service on each page made available. CBDream Portugal undertakes to make its products and/or services available clearly and to correct possible errors that may occur as soon as possible.
CBDream Portugal presents, in a concise manner, the prices of each product and/or service, including VAT rates, shipping costs applied to each order and other additional costs that may apply.
Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns and services may be updated and changed by CBDream Portugal at any time.
The content, domain, information present and available on CBDream Portugal are its property or have been granted to it, and are thus protected by copyright and related rights. Any and all use,
reproduction, copying or dissemination of visual, audiovisual or written content is subject to prior approval by CBDream Portugal .
The customer undertakes to fully respect the aforementioned conditions and rights, as well as to refrain from acts that may go against the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other laws applicable to the use of images, videos, content , etc without express approval from CBDream Portugal . CBDream Portugal cannot be held responsible for any misuse of such products.

After the payment is completed, CBDream Portugal will proceed with a standard verification, so that it is possible to process and ship the order. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid for, as well as the corresponding invoice.
All products and/or services available at CBDream Portugal can be purchased, except in cases of breakage or limitation of stock, as well as products made to order, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in these circumstances they will be properly identified at CBDream Portugal .
In case the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, CBDream Portugal undertakes to contact the customer, by telephone or email, as soon as possible in order to expedite the process with him.
At CBDream Portugal the prices shown are in Euros (€) , with the appropriate rates of VAT and taxes being applied in accordance with the law in force, which are already included in the price shown.
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed. You are requested to inform CBDream Portugal through the following email contact: geral@cbdream.pt .
If the cancellation request has been made after the order has been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. CBDream Portugal is not responsible for possible delays in handling order cancellations.
CBDream Portugal reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical reasons beyond CBDream Portugal .
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, he/she may do so via the email geral@cbdream.pt or by filling out the contact form available at CBDream Portugal .
Upon terminating the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. CBDream Portugal must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed in accordance with the legislation in force in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

When creating and using the CBDream Portugal account, the customer is responsible for account maintenance, confidentiality and for all activity arising from their account.
By creating the user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
CBDream Portugal is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
CBDream Portugal is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, of the products and/or services made available, as well as for any delay or unforeseen in the delivery of orders.
